The Model UV-2077 is a multi-wavelength UV/Vis detector based upon a photo-diode array detection system. The state-of-the-art optics and electronics are housed in the same compact case as other LC-2000Plus series detectors including the UV-2070.

The UV-2077 has a unique design feature that separates it from both conventional detectors which employ scanning/readout shift registers or incorporates a 36-element discrete diode-array, enabling truly simultaneous 36-channel detection in real-time with maximum sensitivity and selectivity.

This configuration allows simultaneous monitoring of chromatograms at 4 different wavelengths or 3 wavelengths and a ratio of 2 others. The advanced computer technology allows the wavelengths to be selected in 1 nm increments. In addition, the detector is able to acquire spectra truly on-the-fly without interrupting the chromatogram.

The UV-2077 allows the analyst to obtain the high quality chromatographic and spectral data of an expensive PDA detector in an affordable, compact, and easy-to-use package.

The UV-2077 can easily be interfaced with the JASCO HPLC system using the ChromPass Software. The Chrompass software offers full automation of the JASCO HPLC system including the UV-2077.
